I didn’t feel like I fit in with my friends at school or my family at home. I thought if only I could fix my body, then people would accept me and I would finally be happy. So, I made it my mission to fix my body and to do whatever I had to for people to like me.
As you probably figured out already this ‘mission’ of fixing my body and faking my personality only led to further pain and misery.
However, I didn’t give up. I continued to try and become the person I thought others wanted me to be. I went to college: graduated with my Master’s in Education and got a job making over 6-figures.
I thought this path would help me discover myself and I would finally find happiness. But having a successful career didn’t solve anything. Even though everything looked great on the outside I was still suffering on the inside.
I hated my body. I also hated my job. And ultimately, I hated my life.
It wasn’t until I discovered powerlifting that everything began to change.
Although I excel at power lifting and I love the sport, one of the drawbacks is each competition is grouped by weight class. So, I always felt like I had to change my body to make weight. One competition week in 2016, I went over 24 hours without eating or drinking to make weight. It was such a grueling experience.
I realized that I had been putting so much energy into hating myself. I started to wonder, “What if I focus my energy on loving and accepting myself instead?”
It was then, that I embarked on the personal development journey. I hired a life coach and did the deep inner work necessary to become the person that I am today. It seemed that once I stopped seeking validation outside of myself my true purpose was revealed to me.
Leveraging the support of my life coach to overcome issues that once seemed impossible is what inspired me to commit my life to helping other women do the same.
Once I saw the results I could help one woman achieve I was determined to help as many women as possible.
But there was a problem. I had no idea how to grow my coaching practice. And I didn’t know how to communicate my message clearly.
Since starting my business in April 2018, I have invested $33k in business coaching, masterminds and courses to gain the skills that allowed me step into my purpose and carry out my mission. And it all payed off.
I was able to grow my coaching practice to five figures a month in under a year!
This allowed me to quit my day job and coach full time just like I had dreamed.
Soon the women I had helped with body image and self-love issues came to me seeking guidance on how to step into their purpose and share their story so they can make an impact. And so, I redesigned my practice to the business you see today. Randi Lee Business-Mindset Coaching.
You have special gifts to share. And you were meant to leave an impact on the world. I want to help you make that dream a reality.
I’ve seen too many women deprive the world of their valuable gifts because they were overwhelmed by technology. Some held back because they were afraid of sales and marketing. And others just didn’t believe a purpose driven business was possible for them.
Trust me. I get it. I was there too when I started my business. But starting your dream business does NOT have to be hard, and I want to show you how you can make it a reality.

“I have a holistic physical therapy practice in NYC and I’m also a spiritual transformation coach. Most of my business and clients are just referrals and word of mouth and I wanted to be able to reach out to people through social media and offer my services remotely, but I was so unfamiliar with Instagram and it was so overwhelming to even begin or know
where to start, how to start.
Working with Randi has been so great. She shed so much light on the things I needed to learn and she structured the session to what I really needed. I loved how she made herself so available for me especially when I had other questions after our session and she’s so super committed to really making things happen for you. THAT was important to me.
I highly recommend her. She is an incredible woman who when you’re panicking about not being able to do this big tall task (because that’s what it felt like for me) she has this ability to ground you and help you through it. So don’t hesitate!!!”
